- Restaurants 750 sq ft or more (assembly): floor plan with occupant load factors, seating/standing areas, exits and door/panic hardware
- Food, ice or beverage operations: scaled floor plans with equipment, plumbing fixtures and floor drains; finish schedules; menus and equipment cut sheets if available
- Multi-tenant properties: multi-tenant approval from Code Compliance before applying
